The LAPCO leather range is wide and inclusive. As a premier New Zealand leather supplier, the extent of that range covers not just our upholstery and saddlery leathers, but also quality leather to suit almost any leather project. They can all be found under the category of Product Leathers.

Included in that selection are several leather belt options. When you are looking for leathers suitable for belt making, such as Italian Belt Double Shoulders, Italian Belt Leather Butts, or the very versatile Buffalo Strap Leather, we have it. These leathers are great for a range of other projects too, such as coasters, dog leads, collars, utility work, saddle bags, knife sheathes, leather bags, straps, and more.

Our precut belting blanks in widths of 30mm, 35mm or 38mm, are ready for you to fit hardware. Each is available in brown or black and in a range of lengths. Alternatively, we have finished brown, black and heavy-duty leather belts available in several lengths. These are furnished with hardware. LAPCO is your go-to supplier for belting leathers.

Check out Pig Skin Leather, a lightweight yet strong leather, fully dyed for consistent colour and with many uses as both sides of the hide can be used.

Tasman Leather’s boot leather range contains thick and hardwearing leathers, and we have three of their boot leathers for you to choose from. Merlin Black Sides is a lighter-weight chrome-tanned leather with a smooth surface. It is ideal for bags. Tasman Harley Sides is a popular oiled boot leather with a buffed smooth surface and a velvety handle. Dallas Oiled Kip is a thick hardwearing leather with a smooth surface. It is ideal for boots, shoes, and satchels, while the LAPCO range of Finished Leathers contains affordable, light and strong colour-dyed leathers.

LAPCO’s selection of Industrial Leathers is available in thicknesses up to 3.0mm. There is an assorted range of Tasman Industrial Leathers as well as our own leathers. These too suit the same end use as the Boot Leathers.
